So a lot of time clients have NO IDEA how much work truly goes in to the final image they receive in their gallery. Sharing "straight out of camera" (SOOC) images gives me major anxiety!! Although every professional photog would love to just press the button on their camera and magically out comes perfection. Blood, sweat, and tears go in to every single image I deliver! Well not blood perhaps but the sweat and tears for sure.
This time on the BLOG I will be sharing some before and after images and expose myself completely to my followers and clients. If you scroll your mouse over each image you will see a little description of each image as well.
Here is the first of the before and afters:
At times shooting underexposed during a session helps me later when I am trying to bring the sky back to life or when I bring up shadows. Especially in back lit situations like sunsets (one of my all time favorite times to shoot!)
Of course giving beautiful images to my wedding clients means so much! I always say that you don't get a "do over" with weddings! It's a one shot deal! You either nail it or you don't! As you will see from this final before and after, I gave a whimsical, soft feel to the original RAW image. I just love how this turned out!
So there it is, a behind the curtain look into what I do after the session/event is over. I hope this gives you an idea of how much work I put in to your memories! I absolutely love what I do and I am Thankful for each and every client that has trusted me to capture their memories!
Please feel free to leave your comments below. I am always open to suggestions on what you would like to see on the Blog next as well!
